Clueless - My Take!

Every now and then I like to update my photo collection of outfits, and every year or so I often try out my 'clueless' inspired outfits - a common doing since every item I buy is almost always based on this movie or another. I've just taken these using Photobooth so bear with me the photo quality isn't great!

Here's some of the snaps or what I love to call 'polaroids' which I did this morning and last night trying out:
pastel pink shorts, a few jackets - including a recently bought leather one (Cher wears one while driving with Josh), and two dresses = a 'Val party' inspired red mini dress (Victoria's Secret not Alaia :'( boo hoo!), and a burgundy tight-fitting mini dress (shame I don't have a little matching ribbon belt for this one.

Cher - Clueless

Cher goes on retail therapy cause she 'had to get out' and wears this textured little masterpiece of an outfit. With a colour palette this simple (although silver shoes are pretty outrageous), Cher throwns on the texture and nails layering by mixing a sheer ruffled blouse over an argyle printed skirt, with a cropped silver-threaded vest over the top of THAT! Add on her her signature style of the socks with matching mary-janes of similar colour and you have the greatest ensemble out - close to that of the plaid yellow outfit she wears in the opening scene.

Cher - Clueless

Frosty pink lipstick, sleek and straight hair, pink fuzzy cardigan, 'Madonna' cross necklace, dainty rings on each hand, plain white T - Cher looking beautiful as always in this simple girly ensemble.

Classic Lady

A combination of something Meredith Blake (Parent Trap) and Cher Horowitz (Clueless) would wear, classic colours in flattering shades, with a hint of matchy-matchy
